If you love jalapeno poppers, you are gonna love this dip!
This dip is the furthest thing from healthy, cheat night only! But seriously this dip is a huge hit at parties! Everyone asks me for the recipe!
What you will need:
2 Bricks of cream cheese ( I just buy whatever is cheapest, its getting melted anyways!)
1/2 cup shredded parm
1 cup mixed shredded cheese ( i just use whatever cheese i have in fridge!)
1/4 cup green chilies by old el paso
1/4 – 1/2 cup jalapenos ( depends how spicy you want, i just do 1/4 cup and my kids still eat it as its mild!!)
1/2 cup mayo. I used the olive oil one just preference i think it tastes a lot better.
1/2 cup panko
Combine together your shredded cheese ( I usually use marble & mozza because that’s what i have in my fridge ), cream cheese (room temp), 1/4 cup parm, 1/4 cup chiles, 1/4 cup jalapeno, 1/2 cup mayo, throw it all in a mixer! ( I use my kitchen aid, but you could do handheld or mix together by hand yourself if you dont have one)
Pop in a pyrex or safe oven dish, top with a layer of panko over top, I just wing how much i use, just covering the dip, sprinkle the rest of the parm over top of the panko.
Cover with foil & pop in the oven for 30 mins. Uncover for last 15 mins until the panko and parm is golden brown on top!
And Voila, the best jalapeno dip you have ever had!
