RECIPE ; EASY HEALTHY SNACK

This is easy peesy & im sure most of you already know this recipe but i thought incase your struggling with snacks for your littles or yourself, this is a delcious recipe we love!

1/2 Chia seeds

1/2 Vanilla almond Milk

1 Kiwi

8 Raspberries

And thats it! So easy! Soak your chia seeds in the almond milk, they soak up the almond milk pretty quick (10 minutes, stir occasionally) or just pop it in the fridge overnight for softer chia! Top with a kiwi & raspberries.

Chia seeds have 8x more omega 3 then a salmon does, so eat up! Enjoy! Your littles will too!
